1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, embedding, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Level Devil B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Level Devil for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, cheat, exploit, automate, interfere with, or commercially distribute Level Devil or related services without written permission. You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or security-compromising purposes.

4. Third-Party Products, Services, and Links

Level Devil may be accessed through app stores, web portals, advertising partners, analytics providers, social networks, or partner websites. Those third parties are responsible for their own services and policies.

5. Access to the Services

Some services may require an internet connection, platform account, app store account, or compatible device. We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, business, legal, security, or operational reasons.

6. Health and Safety Warning

Some people may experience discomfort, dizziness, eye strain, nausea, seizures, or other symptoms when exposed to flashing lights, visual patterns, or prolonged gameplay. Play in a well-lit environment, take breaks, and stop if you feel unwell.

7. In-App Purchases, Virtual Items, and Subscriptions

Level Devil may include virtual currency, virtual items, paid features, subscriptions, or digital content. These items are licensed for use within the game and have no real-world monetary value. Purchases are processed by the relevant platform store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

8. Online Content and Conduct

If our services allow user content, you are responsible for content you provide and must have all necessary rights. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or our rights.

9. Ownership

Level Devil, software, artwork, characters, names, logos, designs, text, audio, video, gameplay elements, and other materials are owned by Level Devil B.V. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Devil B.V. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Level Devil B.V. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, violated law, created risk, or interfered with our services. You may stop using our services at any time.

13. Notices

Notices to Level Devil B.V. must be sent to Level Devil B.V., Spui 10, 1012 WZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

14. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first if you have a concern. We will try to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence. The competent courts in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for a specific service, form the entire agreement between you and Level Devil B.V. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
